Pivot Protectors
Pivot Protectors fit round the top and bottom pivots on a door with a floor spring to repair split & broken areas caused by forcing the door back too far. In most cases the remove the need to replace the door, saving time and money. They can also be used to reinforce a new door to prevent it happening
Suitable for normal or fire doors the Pivot Protector is available in 44mm and 54mm wide profiles to suit 30 and 60 minute fire doors. We sell them singly but strongly advise that they’re fitted in pairs as if the top of the door has given way the bottom is very likely to follow suit and vice versa, so fitting two may save taking the door off again!
Available in 2 lengths as standard; 260 and 300mm we can also bespoke make the pivot protectors to cover badly damaged doors. Call us on 01270 505902 for more information.
Standard finish is Satin Stainless Steel but we can also offer Polished Stainless Steel; Powder Coated in a RAL colour to suit; or in one of 8 wood rain effects – please email admin@holdfast.co.uk for more information on the alternative finishes we can offer.
