Composite/Wooden Door Repair Plate

The Composite/Wooden Door Repair Plate is a wrap around plate designed as an emergency overnight repair kit to resecure a composite or wooden door after a break in, attempted break in or vandalism.  Customers can secure a door in minutes.

How it works

The wrap around plate is designed to fit over an area of damage and bolt through the door to secure it.  The plate is fitted with an overnight lock to secure to door until a new door can be fitted.

Designed to fit a 44mm door we can also manufacture plates to suit different door thicknesses.

Locking

The plate is manufactured for a Fuhr 45mm backset lock and pair of handles. The existing cylinder could be reused or a new cylinder used for extra security.

Customers can purchase it as a plate only to supply their own hardware, or with the lock and handles already fitted for ease of fitting.

Finishes
