Amid the developing Coronavirus situation, we want to reassure all of our customers of the actions we are taking at this time.
The health of both our customers and our staff is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation and introducing a wide variety of measures to minimise the impact to public health.
Where possible our staff will work from home and, as far as possible, we are going to separate the shop staff from the mobile locksmiths’ service we offer to limit the possibility of infection.
Cleaning in the shop has been intensified, with all staff instructed to regularly wash and sanitise their hands, and to maintain a maximum possible distance when working with customers. We also want to including encourage customers to use contactless payments where possible.
Any of our staff who show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms have been instructed to follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation.
We know that customers will still need our services for the duration of this pandemic and we can assure you that we are taking all the steps we can to maintain our shop and mobile locksmiths’ service. To assist with those customers who are reluctant to travel to visit the shop we are offering to deliver any products we can, free of charge, within a 5 mile radius.
